It's never too early - if we don't plan it now, all our schedules will get filled up! S'okay - I will take point on this (unless someone else has/wants to) so Dr. Virago won't have to do it for the 5th year in a row! ;)

It's looking like Friday morning, early breakfast/coffee is best - I present at 10am, so maybe 8am? Is this too early/late? People can come and go at will...what is that coffee shop on campus?

I'll be there, representing the History side of things. My suggestion would be the coffee shop in... Valley 1, I think? Probably *early* in the morning is best -- really the only way to guarantee we find seats. But which morning?
I'll post a link to this in my blog on the next post I make. Maybe others would do the same, so we don't end up scheduling more than one meetup.
I'll be there from some point on Thursday afternoon on. Maybe Friday or Saturday? Mornings are fine. I'll link to this from my blog, too.
I'll be there from Wednesday night through Friday afternoon--sadly our graduation is Saturday morning, and I plan to come back for that, so no dance for me! However, a breakfast meet-up on Thursday or Friday would be great.
(I'd also love to grab a drink or something with you, MW--didn't get a chance to catch up at MLA!)

The cafe's called "Mug Shots." Is it going to be open at 8am though? It looks like it usually opens @ 9am -- website here.
Actually, according to the website, "Mug Shots" doesn't even appear to be open on Friday. ??
I wonder if we could find some staffer to reserve part of it, since it says it can be reserved M-F from 8:00 ...

OMG, I'm so glad you took this up, since I've been such a lame blogger *I'm only NOW just seeing this*!!! So is Mug Shots at 8 on Friday the deal now -- or still just a suggestion?
